Service Unit Event Submission

Service Unit Events utilizing the Rallyhood platform can be featured on the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois Events Calendar. Proceeds earned by the Service Unit with online registration will be accepted directly into the Service Unit through Rallyhood.
To qualify, a Service Unit must meet the following program event guidelines:

1. The event must be submitted to Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSofSI) at least 4 months before the event date.
2. The event must be open to the entire council and shared on The Lodge Rally (Rallyhood)
3. The event registration must be collected through Rallyhood, and a link for registration must be provided.
4. The event must maintain all Safety Activity Checkpoints rules and regs, including COI for location, safety training and ratios.
5. The event must be submitted through this GSofSI Digital Form only.
